All software orders are fulfilled via internet delivery.  Internet download information is provided via email within 1 business day as all orders are manually verified prior to processing.

System Requirements

All software  products will run on Windows 11 (all versions), Windows 10 (all versions). Windows 8 (all versions), Windows 7 (all versions)). Mac users may run all of our products under an emulator such as Parallels Desktop or Virtual PC including one of the above Windows versions. Collector's Assistant is now available as a native Mac app supporting Mac OSX 10.15 and above (Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma, Sequoia). Grading Assistant II is now available as a native Mac app supporting Mac OSX 10.15 and above (Mojave,  Catalina, Big Sur,  Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma, Sequoia)

Returns

All software products, purchased directly from Carlisle Development are sold with a 30-day unconditional return privilege. You may return products for a full refund if you are not fully satisfied.
